Due to high demand and recent last minute let down's, each booking now requires a 20%, non-refundable, deposit to secure. No booking is confirmed until this deposit is received. Should deposits not be received prior to the end of the next working month, the booking will be cancelled.

For boarding reservations, if your dog hasn't stayed with us previously a trial sleepover is required beforehand.

Please note, the overnight boarding prices above are per 24 hour period. We reserve the right to charge an additional fee for late pick-ups.
